So, its all nearly over. Its all been one big blur, a very weird and emotional dream, and it will take a few weeks for things to sink in and some proper time to reflect. The funeral went as well as we could have hoped, and it has been good to catch up with so many friends and family. The weather has been stunning and sooooooo unbelievably hot - the other day the temperature on the tube apparently reached 47 degrees... thats just insane!I've just come back to Northampton after spending the weekend relaxing with friends in London, which was great and a real blessing, but really exhausting too. It was so weird to be back in Peckham and be back at All Saints! It has felt that everything I've done here has been tinged with sadness as I'm not really meant to be here, but its been the right place to be. And now I'm really looking forward to flying back to New Zealand and getting back into a routine, carry on with life.... look out Wellington, the ginga will be back this weekend :o) .... xxx
