I've had some fantastic first few days in Auckland, and thought i'd fill you in on a few things I've been up to. Rich and Kath have been amazingly hospitable, and we're been exploring the Domain, eating "fush and chups" on the beach, and spending time with some great english guys in the same situation as they get used to life in New Zealand. The highlight so far was our trip to Bethells Beach on the west coast yesterday - the weather was just awesome! We explored some cool caves which involved running in and out of the waves, got covered in black volcanic sand, got a few more freckles, and just had such a really chilled out time.
