This evening I had a webcam conference stylee with my mum, my dad, a family friend Jackie and her 3 kids - Bekah (4), and 2 year old twins Miriam and Chris. We chatted, laughed and pulled funny faces. It was awesome! It is just mindblowing that I can sit on the otherside of the world and have live video footage of people I love... Who needs phones when you can have live video footage?!We had our Light Party at church this evening, an alternative Halloween party, and over 90 kids came... it was crazy fun, but very successful and has given me encouragement about the potential there is to set up things in the new year.
