Easter Sunday was a busy and exciting day! It started off very very early, getting up to go to the Sonrise Service on Mount Victoria for 6.30am. It was awesome though, and well worth getting up for! What an awesome way to celebrate Easter with other churches around Wellington, watching the sunrise over the city. There was even a too cool for school hiphop troop which added to the randomness at 7am. Singing "Dancing on this mountain top" was a definate highlight!!! I then rushed back for Joshua's all important Easter egg hunt - a tradition I am proud to have introduced to the Elkin's home! The rest of the day was spent doing various things at church, running the kids Easter games in the morning and celebrating Easter in the evening with some baptisms from the 7pm community. Awesome day!
