Time out at the Zoo

I have had a great week relaxing and getting refreshed after all the madness of Xforce. I worked Thursday and Friday at Social Justice, but apart from that its been a busy week of sleeping, reading, sleeping, vegging, hanging out with my little housemates Joshua and Samuel, and um, more sleeping. Spent a lovely evening with the girls on Monday night catching up, lots of hair dying (not mine, its only recently been done!) and junk food. Bliss.

One of the highlights of my time off has to be my visit to Wellington Zoo on Wednesday! It was so cool! The zoo is probably the nicest ones i've been too, set up on the hills & very lush, and the animals all look very happy indeed - especially the monkeys... and the procreating bats... which were quite alarming. The nocturnal bit was, um, dark, so we didn't see anything... which was probably good as I'm not that fond of big lizards. A great afternoon out though, was good fun :o)
