Sarah and I have booked our flights to Nelson for our adventure in November. We're spending a week beetling around the top of the south island - Malborough Sounds, Nelson and maybe Golden Bay... I can't wait! It's going to be a much needed relaxing week...
This week I've been preparing stuff for the Light Party (alternative to Halloween) that's this Tuesday - we've got at least 40 kids signed up so far and more will turn up on the day. We spent a hiiiiiiiiiiideous amount of money on lollies! Its been a good week catching up with friends, a couple of days of sunshine, ice-cream eating and settling into the normal weekly routines. Last night I went to see "The Devil wears Prada" for Joe's birthday at the coolest cinema ever, the Embassy Theatre. It was redone for one of the LOTR premieres, and its just stunning - a very cool evening!
