I'm back from a fun few days in London and an afternoon in Oxford. It was great to see some really good friends and get a snapshot of their lives 2 years on. I'd also forgotten how amazing places like Covent Garden are - they really do Christmas well! I spent New Year with Andrew and Ann in Dartford, where we had a raclette feast and had a relaxed time at home. As someone who hates New Year, this one was perfect. I'm back in Northampton now though, where It's freezing, zero degrees, and snow is (apparently) on its way... I have a day here tomorrow, then head to Switzerland early on Friday :)
